NECHAMA CHERNOTSKY is the founder of NechamaMama, a social start up designed to create functional products that enhance everyday life through the lens of accessibility for parents and children alike. She brings her studies in Kinesiology and 18 years of experience as an adaptive educator to home-school her 4 children in Los Angeles with her husband Lee. Nechama has extensive experience with impact driven event production, speaking engagements and is new to the podcasting community with Dilated Perspectives. For the past 7 years, she supported Community and Programs, where she was a vital part of the growth and development of ROSIES foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that generates opportunities for people to engage and work with diverse abilities.

In her “spare” time, Nechama relishes in making sourdough bread for her grandparents, family and friends, kombucha, natural tinctures, homemade recipes like sunscreen, bug spray, laundry soaps and cleaning sprays. In the mornings, you can find Nechama walking the neighborhood with her family dog Olive- an almost 2 year old, rescued Belgian Malinois, with a stroller surrounded by 1-4 children, a mug of reheated coffee in an oversized sun hat.

LEE CHERNOTSKY spends his time generating opportunities with people to give and grow with purpose. As the founding Creative Director of E3W, he is grateful to share what he’s learned from founding and leading ROSIES alongside 20 plus years advocating with and supporting people with disabilities and their families.

He holds an MBA in nonprofit management and currently serves on the Advisory Boards of RespectAbility and the Culver City Arts Business Improvement District. He is a sought-after speaker on accessibility, creativity, mental health, and social enterprise across industries. Lee is joined in his search for the perfect bite out of everyday by the inspiration for this company - Family!
